No, all necessary fishing gear is provided. However, if you prefer to use your own rod and reel, you’re welcome to bring them.
4. Are there extra fees for fuel or cleaning fish?
Our pricing includes fuel costs, and we’re happy to clean and bag your catch at no additional charge. With the exception of all day trolling, it will be an additional $100 for fuel.
5. Do you offer private or shared fishing charters?
Papa Bear’s Fishing Charters specializes in private fishing trips to ensure a personalized experience. We do not offer shared charters at this time.
6. How much should I tip the captain and crew?
A standard tip is 15-20% of the charter cost, depending on your satisfaction with the trip. Tipping is greatly appreciated as it supports our crew.

8. What happens if the weather is bad on my scheduled fishing trip?
If unsafe weather conditions prevent us from going out, we will reschedule your trip or provide a full refund. Safety is always our priority. Determined by the Captain.

Last-minute bookings are welcome only with a 24-hour notice, but availability is limited. It’s best to reserve your spot in advance, especially during peak fishing seasons.
